At Buttrd, we take pride in the quality of our products and aim to ensure every customer has a positive experience.

Due to the nature of our beauty products, we do not accept returns. However, we do offer refunds under specific circumstances outlined below.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered if:

  • The product was received damaged, and

  • You provide clear evidence of the damage (such as photos or videos)

Timeframe for Requests
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for review.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at sales@buttrd.co.za with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographic or video evidence of the damage

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will process your refund accordingly.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged.

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect use, or dissatisfaction with the product.

  • Each case will be assessed individually.
