At Buttrd, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes:

• 2–5 business days for major cities

• 3–7 business days for outlying areas

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selection. Please ensure if you pick a pudo locker option, that you provide the locker name in the description box at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
